A gentle path to pain relief, nervous system reset, and embodied recovery
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy helps recalibrate the nervous system and release deep holding patterns caused by overuse, repetitive strain, or chronic tension.
Book your Foundational Session to explore how this modality (or a custom blend) may support your system.
When stretching, massage, and chiropractic no longer relieve the pain, your body may be signaling it needs something different.
It’s a non-invasive, fully clothed therapy that supports both chronic and acute pain, emotional regulation, and long-term recovery.
At Somatelligence, we approach bodywork as a dialogue, not a directive.
Rather than using pressure or force to manipulate tissue, we follow the body’s natural rhythms, fluid systems, and energetic intelligence. The work is subtle, but deeply felt, rooted in presence, safety, and co-regulation.
While our touchpoint may begin with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, we do not follow one tradition or template. A blend of nervous system education, intuitive listening, and clinical understanding of trauma, structure, and flow.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about meeting what’s already working underneath the tension, and giving it room to reorganize.
This work is for you if:
✔️ You’ve tried massage, PT, or acupuncture, but still feel stuck
✔️ You’re recovering from injury, surgery, or repetitive-use strain
✔️ You have postural patterns that lead to pain or stiffness
✔️ Your nervous system feels always on — wired, anxious, or exhausted
✔️ You’re curious about nervous system regulation and somatic recovery
✔️ You’re craving something more gentle than deep tissue or fix-it care
If you’re unsure where to start, we begin with a Foundational Session. In this session, I gently assess your system’s needs and may integrate other supportive modalities like Biodynamic Craniosacral, Somatic Coaching, Reiki, or Sound Therapy based on how your body responds.
Learn more about my blended approach to recovery
Every body holds its own story — which is why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. In your first session, I’ll often blend Biodynamic Craniosacral work with other gentle modalities to meet your system where it’s at.
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate:
Somatic coaching to help you track sensation and build inner awareness
Reiki to support energetic balance and emotional release
Sound therapy to regulate brainwave states and deepen rest
Touch-based assessment to gather subtle information from your joints, fascia, and breath patterns
This is part of what I call a Foundational Session — where we explore how your system responds to different types of support and create a path that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
Some Unique Impressions Of The Work
"I've had so many treatments over the years, nothing touched the root the way this did. I felt deeply seen, and finally able to relax! My heart is so open and I can feel it pumping, alive and well!"
After just one session, my body felt like it remembered something ancient, how to let go.
No pain during. No soreness after. Just quiet, awareness, and deep breaths leading to relaxation. I wish I could hold on to this feeling forever."
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s nervous system, fluid rhythms, and innate capacity to self-correct.
Unlike massage or chiropractic care, this method doesn’t rely on force or manipulation. Instead, it uses light, still touch to listen to the body’s deeper patterns — allowing tension, pain, and protective responses to soften from within.
At Somatelligence, I take a modern, integrative approach to this work. While rooted in traditional craniosacral principles, your session may also include elements of somatic coaching, energetic awareness, or sound-based nervous system support — all guided by how your body responds in the moment.
This work is subtle. But its effects are profound — especially when your body has stopped responding to other treatments.
Traditional bodywork treats the site of the pain. Biodynamic Craniosacral listens for the source.
Massage works on muscles
PT trains mechanics
Chiropractic adjusts structure
BCST works with your fluid intelligence — fascia, brain, spine, nervous system tone
When we reduce nervous system overload, the tissues respond. They let go. And sometimes the ankle that “never healed right” or the shoulder that “always locks up” just… starts working again.
Fully clothed, gentle hands-on approach
Light touch along the spine, cranium, sacrum, joints
Space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself
Each session is tailored to your system. Some clients release emotional tension. Some feel deep rest. Others just feel “more themselves” again — lighter, more fluid, less clenched.
Nope! You stay fully clothed and simply lie on a table. This work is gentle and does not require direct muscle contact like massage.
This work doesn’t use force. There’s no cracking or pressing. Instead, I listen for your body’s own rhythms and help it settle into a self-regulated state.
Yes — many clients find it supports long-term recovery by addressing the nervous system holding pattern that may still be active long after the initial healing
That’s why we start with a Foundational Session, where I can assess how your system responds and blend in other approaches if needed.
Most clients begin with 2–3 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart to allow the body to integrate. After that, we can move into maintenance or series work.
